Sandy Hill's ONE & ONLY Arts+Craft Show is now accepting vendor's application for this Fall's Nov.16, 2014 show.
The
event is conveniently located at the Sandy Hill Community Center on
Somerset St.E and has lots of FREE parking at he rear. Like our previous
shows, we offer a fabulous FREE LUNCH BUFFET to all vendors and shoppers!

Please read application guidelines carefully. Terms & Conditions:
- FEES: $45.00 - New FEE is $50.00 ( DO NOT SEND FEE UNTIL YOU HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED WITH NEWS OF ACCEPTANCE! )
-All
products sold at
the event must be made by the applicant. He/She must be the one selling
the work. (partners, spouses, or others may be there as well)
-No mass-produced items are allowed to be sold at this event.
-This is a juried show in order to maintain the highest quality of freaking good Arts and Crafts!
-To avoid disappointment, we suggest that items within an affordable price range are offered for sale (below $ 50.00).
-Every vendor is responsible for his/her own cash transactions.
-All spaces will measure at least 8 feet by 5 feet.
-rectangular tables 6 x 2 1/2 feet and a few round tables with a diameter 5 feet will be provided & 2 chairs.
-set-up time 8:00 am
-I understand that it is my responsibility to comply with all Federal/Provincial and local regulations regarding the sale of
goods at a craft fair. I agree to keep within the display regulation.
I and my heirs do voluntarily waive
and release each and every right or claim or damages we and each of us have or may have against the
Organizers
and / or the Corporation of the City of Ottawa, their agents or
representatives for any and all injuries, accidents or mishaps however
occasioned.
