WHAT: Sandy Hill's ONE & ONLY Arts and Craft sale 2011 *CALL FOR VENDORS*

WHERE: 250 Somerset East, Ottawa, Sandy Hill Community Center

WHEN: Sunday November 20, 2011, 10 am to 4pm

Artists and crafters are invited to apply for the 6th annual ONE & ONLY Arts and Crafts Sale in beautiful Sandy Hill, on Sunday November 20, 2011.

Our aim is to attract the BEST local artisans with the MOST affordable crafts. The comments we most often receive about our craft show is: "WOW! I can actually

afford to buy something for everybody on my list!"

Of course, we also offer our amazing ALL DAY FREE BUFFET prepared lovingly by Chef Peter Evanchuck keeping our vendors happy and the shoppers, shopping!

By applying to this show you are agreeing to the following:

Terms & Conditions:

- FEES: $40.00

-All products sold at the event must be made by the applicant. He/She must be the one selling the work. (partners, spouses, or others may be there as well)
-No mass-produced items are allowed to be sold at this event.
-This is a juried show in order to maintain the highest quality of freaking good crafts!
-To avoid disappointment, we suggest that items within an affordable price range are offered for sale (below $ 50.00).
-Every vendor is responsible for his/her own cash transactions.
-All spaces will measure at least 8 feet by 5 feet.
-rectangular tables 6 x 2 1/2 feet and a few round tables with a diameter 5 feet will be provided & 2 chairs.
-set-up time 8:00 am

-I understand that it is my responsibility to comply with all Federal/Provincial and local regulations regarding the sale of
goods at a craft fair. I agree to keep within the display regulation.
I and my heirs do voluntarily waive and release each and every right or claim or damages we and each of us have or may have against the
Organizers and / or the Corporation of the City of Ottawa, their agents or representatives for any and all injuries, accidents or mishaps however occasioned.

We had such a blast on Sunday Nov.22!
The best turn-out so far! We want to thank
all our vendors for their generous donations
for our raffle to off-set the cost of
the all day free buffet!
A big thank you also to the kitchen volunteers
Alexandra Girard, Laura Fauquier and Jim Hall
who worked side by side with our super energetic
Chef Peter Evanchuck! They kept the FREE food coming
all day. The atmosphere at the Sandy Hill Community Centre
was jubilant!

The star of our first ever ONE & ONLY ART & GIFT FAIR
was Peter the cook who kept the FREE food rolling
out all day long! From Ukrainian perogies, vegetarian Thai noodles,
cheese quesidillas, tequadillas and German potato salad.
The ladies were lining up to hug him!
Thanks Peter!

Claudia Gordon of DEGAS CHOCOLATE offered plenty of samples
of her hand-made Belgian truffles.

Kim Lanctot's smile says it all. YUM! I want more
DEGAS CHOCOLATE!
